発表時間 / Presentation Time

  • 発表時間は以下の時間となります。
    • Allocated times for presentations including moving on to the next speaker are as follows.
  • ロング発表[L]：10分発表＋4分30秒質疑＋30秒交代
    • Long presentations [L]: 10 min talk + 4 min 30 sec question-and-answer session + 30 sec transition
  • ショート発表[S]：6分発表（質疑なし）＋30秒交代
    • Short presentations [S]: 6 min talk without question-and-answer session + 30 sec transition
  • 招待講演：6分発表（質疑なし）＋30秒交代
    • Invited talks: 6 min talk without question-and-answer session + 30 sec transition

発表準備 / Preparation for Presentation

  • 発表用のPCは発表者ご自身でご用意下さい。
    • Please prepare your own PC for your presentation.
  • プロジェクタへ接続可能な端子は、HDMI，D-sub，USB-Cとなっております。
    • Available connectors to the projector are HDMI, D-sub, and USB-C.
  • 発表当日は、セッション開始前に、座長へ出席を申し出てください。
    • On the day of presentation, before your session, be sure to offer attendance to the chairperson.
  • 会場（大ホール・中ホール）のプロジェクタは16:9のアスペクト比に対応しています．
    • The projectors in the venue (Main Hall and Middle Hall) support a 16:9 aspect ratio.

モニター接続テスト / Monitor Connection Check

  • MIRU2023では、口頭発表をインターネット配信致します。ノートパソコンをプロジェクタに接続する際にトラブルが生じる可能性があるため、事前に接続テストをお願い致します。

    • At MIRU2023, oral presentations will be broadcast on the Internet. As it may cause a trouble when connecting your laptop computer to the projector, please test the connection in advance.

  • 以下のように、それぞれの日のプログラム開始前とお昼休みに接続テストができる時間を設けましたので、ご自身のご発表より前に接続テストをお願い致します。(接続テストはご発表日でなくても結構です。)

    • 26日(水) 9:00～9:30、13:00～13:40
    • 27日(木) 8:30～8:55、11:30～12:10
    • 28日(金) 8:30～8:55

  • Be sure to test the connection of your PC to the monitor in advance. We have prepared the following time slots (before the start of the program and during lunch break on each day) for the connection test. Please test the connection before your presentation (not limited to on the same day as your presentation).

    • 26th (Wed.) 9:00～9:30、13:00～13:40
    • 27th (Thu.) 8:30～8:55、11:30～12:10
    • 28th (Fri.) 8:30～8:55

発表中のマスクの着用 / Wearing Mask During Presentation

  • 昨今の新型コロナウイルスの感染状況を鑑みて、発表中のマスクの着用は発表者の判断におまかせします。
    • Considering the recent infection status of COVID-19, the wearing of masks during presentations is left to the discretion of the presenter.

インタラクティブ発表 / Interactive Presentation

  • オーラル発表・招待講演をされる皆様には、同日のインタラクティブセッションでもご発表いただきます。インタラクティブ発表の実施要領は こちら をご参照下さい。
    • If you have an oral presentation or invited talk, you have an opportunity to present in the interactive session on the same day. Please refer to the following instruction for interactive session. (Please check here .)

質疑応答 / Question and Answer

  • 現地会場での質疑応答が主になりますが、オンライン聴講者などからSlackで質問がくることもありますので、発表後もSlackへの質問にはご対応ください。
    • Q&A are mainly from the on-site, but questions may also come from online audiences via Slack. Please respond to the questions via Slack after your presentation.
  • オンライン聴講者のため、Slack上にポスターや動画を置いて頂いても構いません。動画を置く場合、Slackのストレージ制限のため、動画ファイルそのものではなく、動画へのリンクを貼ってください。
    • You may place poster and videos on Slack for online audiences. If you place videos, please put links to the videos instead of video files due to the storage limitation of Slack.

発表の録画と配信 / Recording and Broadcasting of Presentation

  • MIRU2023では、発表はリアルタイムでオンライン配信すると共に、録画して一定期間MIRU参加者のみに限定して公開予定です。運営による配信・録画については予めご了承下さい。
    • MIRU2023 organizers will plan that oral presentations will be broadcast via Zoom and will record the presentations to broadcast through the web site which only the MIRU participants can access for a certain period of time after the conference. Please understand our recoding and broadcasting in advance.
