Call for Invited Talk

In “Invited talk” session at the 28th Meeting on Image Recognition and Understanding (MIRU2025), we will invite authors whose papers have been accepted by top conferences and top journals to share their experiences in research and paper writings that have withstood rigorous competition and peer review. We are seeking nominations for the invited talks. Please note that if we receive a large number of nominations, selections will be made considering the balance of fields, among other factors. The selected authors are invited to the following presentations:

• Give a 5-minute oral presentation during the invited talk session to be held in the morning of July 30 to August 1, 2025, where you will share your experience in developing research and papers that have withstood intense competition and rigorous peer review. (Please note that travel and accommodation expenses will not be covered. However, if your only presentation at MIRU2025 is the invited talk, the registration fee will be waived.)
• Give a poster presentation during the interactive session held in the afternoon of the same day as your oral presentation.

Nominations will be conducted via CMT. Please log in using the button below, select “+ Create new submission” at the top left of the Author Console, choose “invited nomination” from the dropdown menu, and fill out the required information for the nomination.
