Dear Colleagues,

You are cordially invited to attend the International Conference on Digital
Image Computing: Techniques and Applications (DICTA), to be held 25-27
November, 2014 in Wollongong Australia and to submit papers.

The International Conference on Digital Image Computing: Techniques and
Applications (DICTA) is an International Conference on computer vision,
image processing, pattern recognition, and related areas. DICTA was
established as a biennial conference in 1991 and became an annual event in
2007. It is the premier conference of the Australian Pattern Recognition
Society. This year, the conference will be held at Novotel Wollongong
Northbeach Hotel, Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia. The city
ofWollongong is located just 80km south of Sydney on a spectacular stretch
of the southern New South Wales coast.

- Image and Video Processing and Analysis
- Machine Vision and Applications
- Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition
- Imaging Systems and Technology

- Notification of acceptance   15th August 2014
- Camera ready papers due    1st September 2014
- Registration opens                1st September 2014
- Early registration closes       15th October 2014
- Conference                           25-27 November 2014

Paper submission
 
Authors are invited to submit papers of up to 8 pages according to the
guidelines on the conference website. The peer-reviewed conference content
will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other
Abstracting and Indexing databases including Engineering index (EI). It is a
condition of publication that accepted papers are presented by one of the
authors. Presenters of accepted papers must register before the camera-ready
deadline to avoid withdrawal from the conference proceedings and technical
programme.
