サービス学会会長、第4回サービス学に関する国際会議(ICServ2016)実行委員長
の新井 民夫です。

ICServ2016の論文締め切りが近づいてまいりましたので、ご投稿をお願いします。

ご承知のように、安倍首相が3月の官民対話で、第3次産業の生産性の伸びを図り、
GDP600兆円を目指して活動することを表明しました。サービス産業への支援枠も
増大し、研究資金の可能性も高まっています。実際、JSTがFeasibility Studyの
募集をもうすぐ始めます。

このような中、ICServ2016は東京の芝浦工業大学豊洲キャンパスで開催されます。
国内で発表を行い、多くの研究者と交流を持っておくことがこれからのサービス
研究の拡大のこの時期にとても重要と思われます。

4月15日(金)がEXTENDED ABSTRACTの締め切りです。

(1) Extended abstract を以下のURLの形式(English)で作成してください。
    量は 2ページ以上、4ページ以下、書き方はIntroduction, Methods,
expected Results and Conclusion という典型的な形をお願いします。

After your paper are accepted, all authors of regular sessions and
Special sessions must submit full or short paper by July 15 using each
template.

* Full papers (Research papers, 4-8 pages), which are presenting
interesting recent results or novel ideas on service researches. 

* Short papers (Works-in-Progress papers, 2-4 pages), which are
presenting interesting and exciting recent results or on-going research
including case studies, or novel ideas on businesses. 

We encourage practitioners and researchers to submit short paper as it
provides a unique opportunity for sharing valuable ideas, eliciting
useful feedback on early-stage work, and fostering discussions and
collaborations among colleagues. For your submission please read

** Important Dates (tentative) ****
  - April 15: Extended abstract (2-4 pages) submission deadline
  - May 15: Notification of acceptance
  - July 15: Camera Ready paper due
     (Please note that at least one of the authors must register for the conference paying registration fees
      by July 15th and submit Camera Ready paper with your registration receipt number.)
  - July 15: Early Registration deadline
  - Aug. 25: On-line Registration deadline
  - Sept. 6(Tue)-8(Thu): Conference

** Submission Process ****
  - Those who want to present your papers should submit an extended abstract first.
  - The format of an extended abstract can be downloaded at:

  - When your abstract is accepted, you should submit a full paper or a short paper (work-in-progress papers).
  - Full paper should contain 4-8 pages and short paper contains 2-4 pages.

  - All submissions will be handled electronically via the conference's CMT website:
