学生さんの国際会議デビューに最適な雰囲気の会議ですし、会場は
観光地ペナン島にある五つ星ホテル(Hotel Equatorial)です。

来年1月8-10日にマレーシアの人気観光地ペナン島において、国際会議
International Workshop on Advanced Image Technology (IWAIT2017)
が開催されます。

アブストラクト締切が8月12日と迫りましたので、ご案内いたします。

IWAITは画像関連技術に関する国際会議で、今回で20回目となる
歴史がありますが、一方で学生の発表や日本からの発表も多く、
国際会議が初となるような学生にも大変参加しやすい雰囲気の会議です。

CALL FOR PAPERS
International Workshop on Advanced Image Technology 2017 (IWAIT 2017)  
will be held on January 8-10, 2017 in Penang, Malaysia. IWAIT 2017 will  
provide an international forum for researchers and engineers who are  
interested in the field of advanced image technologies.

TOPICS
IWAIT 2017 is going to cover advanced topics of image/video and  
multimedia technologies. The topics include, but not limited to:
2D/3D Image/Video Processing, Pattern Recognition, Image/Video  
Compression, Video on Demand, Broadcasting, Networked Multimedia,  
Multimedia Systems, Big Data Image/Video Analysis, Multimedia  
Applications, Computer Vision, Medical Imaging & Applications, Virtual  
Reality, Animation, Computer Graphics, Cloud Multimedia Computing,  
Social Multimedia

SPECIAL SESSIONS (at the moment)
Special Session 1: VR and AR Applications for Gaming, Education and  
Entertainment

Accepted papers for this track will be encouraged to submit extended  
versions of the papers to the following Special Issue on Virtual Reality

Prospective authors are invited to submit their original papers in 2~4  
pages including figures and tables in English. All papers are to be  
submitted electronically in the PDF format.
