サービス学会は第4回サービス学国際会議をこの9月に開催いたします。

第1回を東京お台場の産業技術総合研究所で、第2回は慶応義塾大学日吉キャンパ
スで、そして第3回2015年7月には米国San Joseで開催しました。今回は芝浦工業
大学豊洲キャンパスで、9月６～8日に開催します。大学の休業期間中であるこの
時期、多くの国内会議に重なりますこと、お許しください。

論文のトピックには下記の例を挙げておりますが、これに限定せず、サービス学
に関わる多様な話題を受け付けます。なお、優秀な発表論文は、サービス学会が
発行する英文ジャーナルへ推薦いたします。

** Topic of Interests ****
  Topics include, but are not limited to the following topics:
  - Service innovation
  - Service design
  - Service marketing
  - Service management and operations
  - Theoretical perspectives on Service
  - Value co-creation & context
  - Service eco-system
  - Human-centered service system
  - Service engineering & technologies
  - Servitization and produtization
  - Service economics & policy
  - Service practices (healthcare, tourism, education, communication, retail, food service, contents service, etc.)
  Your new scope on serviceology will be welcomed.

本国際会議では、上述の通常論文以外にオーガナイズド・セッションを構成して
います。日本ではJSTによる「問題解決型サービス科学研究開発プログラム」、
経産省の「産学連携サービス経営人材育成事業」、あるいはCool Japanなどのサー
ビス関連活動が行われていますので、本会議ではこれらを紹介するセッションも
企画しております。以下に特別オーガナイズド・セッションを示します。

  - Meaningful Technology for Seniors
  - Main Service Projects in Japan: Service Science, Solution and Fundation Integrated Research Program
  - METI Human Resource Program in University *
  - Nihon Service Award *
  - Service Activities in Cool Japan *
    and more! Organized sessions with * indicate governmental activities in Japan.

締切日は以下の通りです。
** Important Dates ****
  - April 15: Extended abstract (2-4 pages) submission deadline
  - May 15: Notification of acceptance
  - July 15: Camera Ready paper due
     (Please note that at least one of the authors must register for the conference paying registration fees
      by July 15th and submit Camera Ready paper with your registration receipt number.)
  - July 15: Early Registration deadline
  - Aug. 25: On-line Registration deadline
  - Sept. 6(Tue)-8(Thu): Conference

まずは指定されたフォーマットで書いた２ページ以上４ページ以下のExtended Abstractをお送りください。
** Submission Process ****
  - Those who want to present your papers should submit an extended abstract first.
  - The format of an extended abstract can be downloaded at:
      http://icserv2016.serviceology.org/submission.html
  - When your abstract is accepted, you should submit a full paper or a short paper (work-in-progress papers).
  - Full paper should contain 4-8 pages and short paper contains 2-4 pages.

  - All submissions will be handled electronically via the conference's CMT website:
