2016 IEEE 4th International Symposium on Robotics and Intelli-gent Sensors (IEEE IRIS2016) will be held in Hosei University, Ko-ganei 
Campus, Tokyo Japan from 17th to 20th December 2016. IEEE IRIS2016 is organized by IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (IEEE RAS) 
Malaysia Chapter, Hosei University Japan and Universiti Teknologi MARA Malaysia.

IEEE IRIS2016 welcomes submission of original and unpublished works related to robotics, sensors and other related areas. All ac-cepted 
papers in Regular Sessions will be published in the confer-ence proceedings and will be submitted for publication in IEEE-Xplore database 
(SCOPUS indexed). All accepted papers in Work-shops and Special Sessions will be published in Journal Procedia Computer Science by 
Elsevier (SCOPUS Indexed - SNIP IF 0.716).
