　KDDI総合研究所の河村と申します。国際会議のご案内です。
学生さんの国際会議デビューに最適な雰囲気の会議ですし、会場は
タイの古都・チェンマイにある四つ星ホテル(The Imperial Hotel)です。
奮ってご投稿いただけますようよろしくお願いいたします。

来年1月7-9日にタイの古都・チェンマイにおいて、国際会議
International Workshop on Advanced Image Technology (IWAIT2018)
が開催されます。

アブストラクト締切が8月11日とあと1ヶ月ほどになりましたので、ご案内いたしま
す。
（A4、1枚のAbstractの登録だけです。）

IWAITは画像関連技術に関する国際会議で、今回で21回目となる
歴史がありますが、一方で学生の発表や日本からの発表も多く、
国際会議が初となるような学生にも大変参加しやすい雰囲気の会議です。

CALL FOR PAPERS
International Workshop on Advanced Image Technology 2018 (IWAIT 2018)
will be held on January 7-9, 2018 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. IWAIT 2018 will

provide an international forum for researchers and engineers who are
interested in the field of advanced image technologies.

TOPICS
IWAIT 2018 is going to cover advanced topics of image/video and multimedia
technologies. The topics include, but not limited to:
2D/3D Image/Video Processing, Pattern Recognition, Image/Video
Compression, Video on Demand, Broadcasting, Networked Multimedia,
Multimedia Systems, Big Data Image/Video Analysis, Multimedia
Applications, Computer Vision, Medical Imaging & Applications, Virtual
Reality, Animation, Computer Graphics, Cloud Multimedia Computing, Social
Multimedia.

SPECIAL SESSIONS (TBD)

PAPER SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Authors who are interested to submit a paper to IWAIT 2018 will first need
to submit a 1 Page Extended Abstract. The Extended Abstract should be
submitted electronically in PDF to the EasyChair submission system by
August 11, 2017. The structure of the Extended Abstract should include the
following:
Abstract and keywords, Introduction, Proposed Method(s), Findings /
Discussion, Conclusion and recommendations.

IMPORTANT DATES
Abstract submission August 11, 2017
Notification of acceptance October 13, 2017
Submission of camera-ready full papers November 1, 2017
