13th APSIPA ASC 2021, 14 - 17 December 2021 Tokyo, Japan

We are pleased to inform you that Asia Pacific Signal and Information
Processing Association Annual Summit and Conference (APSIPA ASC 2021)
www.apsipa2021.org will be held in Tokyo, Japan from December 14 to
17, 2021. You are welcome to submit your original paper/poster/demo
proposals to the conference. APSIPA ASC 2021 is the 13th annual
conference organized by Asia-Pacific Signal and Information Processing
Association (APSIPA) www.apsipa.org.

APSIPA Conferences attract worldwide academics, researchers,
scientists and technologists from companies, universities, and
research institutions. At least three experienced reviewers to deliver
constructive feedbacks to authors will review each paper. The decision
of acceptance takes into consideration paper novelty, technical depth,
practical and/or theoretic impact, and presentation.

Authors of selected accepted regular papers will be invited to submit
an extended version to publish in APSIPA Transactions on Signal and
Information Processing journal.
All accepted papers to the regular submission are expected to be
included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI, like all previous years.
The conference is also sponsored by IEEE Signal Processing Society and
IEICE Engineering Sciences Society.

In addition to the regular submission, we call for the Research
Abstract submission. If the abstract (150-500 words) is accepted for
presentation after review, it will be placed in on-demand sessions.
Note that Research Abstract will not appear in IEEE Xplore.

- Author (Early-Bird) Registration deadline: October 1, 2021
