東北大学 電気通信研究所は，1994年に全国共同利用研究所として認められて以来，共同プロジェクト研究を多数推進してきました．そして2010年からは，情報通信研究分野の
共同利用・共同研究拠点として新たな第一歩を踏み出しました．
それ以来，通研共同プロジェクト研究の成果を広く公開することを目的に，共同プロジェクト研究発表会を毎年2月に開催しております．
本年度は，オープニングセッション，共同プロジェクト研究成果報告Ⅰ，組織間連携プロジェクト＆Urgent，共同プロジェクト研究成果報告Ⅱをはじめ，ポスターセッション，RIEC
Award Ceremonyを企画し開催致します．

The Research Institute of Electrical Communication (RIEC) has been
running Cooperative Research Projects since being designated a
National Resource Center for information and communication in 1994. It
was certified as a Joint Usage/Research Center in 2010 by the Ministry
of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
The objective of this annual meeting is to share project findings and
results among the research community. RIEC welcomes all interested
parties to participate in the conference.
