申し込み締め切りは8月31日です，学生の皆様，是非とも積極的に御参加ください．
また，社会人の皆様につきましては，関連がありそうな周辺の学生の方々にお声掛け頂けると幸いです．

Call for Student Volunteers

ISMAR2015 calls for student volunteers in order to carry on the
conference smoothly. The student volunteer program provides you with
an opportunity for networking with other AR researchers, and gives the
monetary rewards.

How to apply
To apply to be a student volunteer, please fill out the application
form until Monday, 31st August.

Selection Guidelines
Every year the conference receives a lot of worthy student volunteer
applications, but the number of positions available is limited. The
following considerations will influence selections:
- Success as a student volunteer at previous ISMAR conference or other.
- Preference is given to PhD, then masters, then undergraduate students.
- The number of volunteers from each region, institution and research
group may be limited to ensure broad participation.

Jobs for student volunteer
- Work up to 25 hours. If you have request for amount of your job,
please fill in application form with your request.
- Work as
     + staffs at the registration desk or poster and demonstration rooms,
     + assistants of the oral presentation session.
- Attend an orientation session which starts on the afternoon of 29th
September (tentative).

Benefit
- Wage will be paid according as the amount of your work.
