いました．参加登録締切が1週間後の2/15に迫って参りましたので，御手数をお

This year, ISBA 2016 will feature 2 tutorials, two keynote talk, a panel
session, along with 4 oral and poster sessions. The tentative program
for the conference is now available at the conference website.

There will be a conference reception on 29th February and a banquet
(including biometrics quiz and <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shamisen>
Shamisen performance) on March 1st.

Please note that the regular conference registration deadline expires on
February 15, 2016. You can register for the conference at
