画像・映像符号化の随一の国際会議Picture Coding Symposium (PCS) 2019
が中国浙江省寧波市で2019/11/12-15に開かれます。

画像処理全般を含む、幅広いスコープとなっています。

PAPER SUBMISSION
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers for the Symposium, in 
English, with a maximum length of five (5) pages and font size of 10 pt, 
including results, figures and references. Submissions will be accepted 
only in PDF format. Online submission will be available through the 
symposium web site. We will be submitting the proceedings for 
publication to IEEE Xplore and EI indexed.

Paper Submission: June 15, 2019
Notification of Paper Acceptance: August 15, 2019
